Arcane Holistics is a digital product delivered immediately on purchase. At checkout you tick a box confirming that you agree to receive immediate access and waive your fourteen-day cancellation right. From that moment the course is yours to keep. No refunds are issued once access has been granted.
This is the deal. You get the entire 195 page protocol, every interactive, the research terminal and all future updates the moment the payment clears. In exchange, you accept that the transaction is final. We believe in the work. If you do not, do not buy it.
Legal Basis
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have fourteen days to cancel a distance purchase. Regulation 37(1)(a) permits the consumer to waive that right for digital content where the content is supplied immediately and the consumer expressly consents to the loss of cancellation. The checkbox at checkout records that consent.
This policy is fully compliant with UK consumer law. The waiver is deliberate, auditable and enforceable.
One Exception
If you have not opened the course within twenty four hours of purchase and you contact us before any section has been accessed, we will issue a full refund. Email hello@arcaneholistics.org from the address you used at checkout. Access logs are timestamped and we verify against them before refunding.
Technical Issues
If you cannot access the course due to a technical fault on our end, we fix it. That is not a refund matter, it is a service obligation. Contact the same email and we will have you reading within the hour.
Ten years of research, 195 pages, 50,000 words, 106 interactive elements and a live research terminal with 845 peer-reviewed findings. Seventy seven pounds. We priced the course to make the decision simple. The waiver exists to honour that simplicity.
