These terms govern your use of arcaneholistics.org and the purchase of The Lock In Diet course. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
The Product
The Lock In Diet is a digital course consisting of eight chapters and approximately 195 pages of written content, delivered through a web-based reader at arcaneholistics.org. The course also includes access to interactive elements, data visualisations and a private Telegram group.
Price and Payment
The course costs £77.77 GBP, charged as a single one-time payment. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
Access
After purchase, you receive lifetime access to the course through your registered email address. Access is provided via the web application; there is no downloadable file. You may access the course from any device by logging in with your email.
"Lifetime access" means for as long as arcaneholistics.org continues to operate. This includes all future updates to the course content at no additional cost.
Refund Policy
We offer a fourteen-day refund period in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email us within fourteen days of your purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Intellectual Property
All course content, including text, images, interactive elements and data visualisations, is the intellectual property of Arcane Holistics. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and read the course material.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share access credentials or create derivative works from the course content. Each purchase is watermarked to the buyer's email address.
Disclaimer
The Lock In Diet contains educational information about nutrition, ancestral health and related topics. It is not medical advice. The content is based on peer-reviewed research and personal experience, but it is not a substitute for professional medical guidance.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or lifestyle, particularly if you have existing health conditions, are pregnant or are taking medication. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the course content.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcane Holistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the course or this website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
